I have noticed that Bob Evans Zesty Hot sausage is
loaded with a lot of fat. It did not use to be like that. Why has so much fat been allowed?

My wife and I are huge fans of the Zesty Hot sausage but can't find locally anymore and it's a huge disappointment.
