Registered and downloaded coupon '.exe' program. Printer was set on wrong printer, and I was unable to print coupon at all after correcting the printer setup or even going back to the website. Website I already printed coupon. 5/31/09

Cannot print from bricks ever, not even at the public library. Have requested repeatedly that Hill's make the coupons available in a better format. Have four cats on Science Diet, three are on Prescription Diets. It's very, very expensive.

I was able to register at Hills Science Diet sight and sign up for e-newletter and get $8.00 coupon. I was able to print twice. Now searching for others.

This promo is not available on prescription diet food. Not happy about that.

I called the 800# after it said it printed but didn't-told me to turn off pop-up blocker. Next time it worked. They are sending me a coupon. Also your anti-virus program may be the problem.

My dogs love the Hill's Science Diet food and I am grateful to get coupons. I have had no problem printing coupons after installing the coupon printer. Thanks for keeping my dogs happy and healthy!Brandie and Precious love you.

Have tried several Hill's cpn offers&keep saying I printed this several times&Ihavent. Yeah,what a ripoff!!

It uses the same printer software as Purina and maybe others. It picks up the same "uses" left behind. Until they fix it you will not be able to use the printer but twice. Perhaps if we all contact Hills they will fix it. Or send one by mail.

i went through that process of printing the coupon but no coupons printed out, instead it took me to this screen that said that i already printed out the coupon.

7/6/2010: Coupon printed just fine and with a current expiration date (of 9/4/2010, not sure if that changes every time it prints.) I did have to install the coupon printer program--it's a little hotlink before you get to the coupon, be sure you do that first!

07-25-2010: Printed two $5 coupons with Sept 2010 expiration date just fine.

09-18-2010: Printed 2 $5 coupons with no problems. Expires Nov 2010.

I got coupon easily. You just need to download the "coupon printer" simple. It automatically prints for you. 4/20/2011

All you people have to do is clean your browser cache and the web site won't think you printed if you had a failed attempt.

07/31/11 I printed the Hills Science Diet C/D coupon last month. I read on their site they have a D/D product for cats with allergies. When I tried to print it, the Hills website wouldn't let me print it. It said I already received this coupon, which is a lie. I will call Hills tomorrow and complain. We have 4 cats. My spouse it working part-time and I'm on unemployment. The unemployment rate in my area is % (per the Vero Beach News publication). If Hills won't allow me to print their coupon, I'll find a competing that will!!!

Just Incase anyone is having problems printing; I have a solution :) I was trying to print these and I kept getting a prompt to install the coupin printer. I found out it was just a matter of enabling the add on. In internet explorer, go to the settings button on the top right of your browser, then click on manage add-ons. Go to the toolbars and extensions and there should be an add on by "Coupons, Inc." All you have to do is click enable and it should work. Hope this helps :)
