I tried to use the $20 off $20 purchase and was told that it was an invalid coupon at coldwater creek. I don't think I will be going back to that store in the future.

I also try to use the same coupon and the store manager was so rude, she said that was a bogus coupon.
Should I write to the company and ask about their coupon policy?

Yes you should complain cause the $20 coupon above is straight from their web site
look at the URL.

I used the $25 coupon with no problem. My daughter went to the same store about a hour later and they said it was a fraud. Is it?

I called my 2 local stores that said the $25 coupon was not valid. I then contacted the Coldwater Creek website and was told that this coupon was "customer specific", one time use for that customer that had received the coupon. The coupon is not being accepted at my stores in CA. or on their site.

I also tried to use the $25 coupon and also was told it had been customer specific and that customer must have put it on line.

I was just told that the $25 coupon is not only a fraud but they were sent an email saying to watch-out for it.

I'm also in Albany, NY. Call ahead if you don't want to deal with potential embarrassment or rudeness.

They do not send the same coupons to everyone. My sister-in-law has her mail forwarded to me right now due to being in transit with a move. I get her catalog and mine. She had the $25 off anything. I got a $25 off $100. They sent her that coupon to entice her to come to the store. So, yes, it is customer specific.

I just used my $25 coupon online -- you just have to follow the directions through the process and only put in the coupon code at the end.
