I find their entire website to be like trying to find your way in the dark, feeling as though you're being led toward a black hole. No coupon book in my local paper either, so I guess southern Georgians aren't good enough. I wonder if P&G realizes there's a military base here. But from the sounds of it I'm not missing anything. If we all switch to Unilever products, maybe they'll take notice. :-)

The part about no coupons in sunday paper, this is no joke. I live in Georgia and was stoked about the email I got that P & G would have their book of over $111.00 worth the coupons in the sunday paper and guess what, no coupon book. I am disappointed in you P & G

People complain way too much. If you look on their website it tells you exactly what newspaper and what date the coupons will come out on. You are here for coupons, c'mon cheapies!

I live in Texas and I get there coupons in the Sunday paper once evey month. It usually falls on the end of every month. Are u sure that someone did not take out the coupons from the newspaper? That happens alot to me, so I check the paper before I leave the store. I also get samples form them all the time; then a few months ago I got a coupon book in the mail from them. All I did was turn in my reciepts showing the products I purchased from them and they sent a coupon book filled w/ savings. They are going to start it up again the 1st of September.

If you are buying your papers off a rack you probably won't get inserts. Home delivery is the way to go.

I am trying to figure out why those who complained about P&G and their site complained?!? I went to their site and typed in my name and address and they are sending me coupons in the mail in 4 to 6 weeks. No survey necessary. They also have on their site the dates of the next newspaper insert (usually a Sunday). If your newspaper neglected to put the coupons into the paper, complain to the paper. P&G would probably be upset if it isn't there because they pay to put the insert into the paper. I am a mostly loyal P&G customer. I try new products when they come out, but always go back to P&G products because they are superior in quality. The prices of their products are warranted by the quality and overall value.

I expected a P&G coupon booklet in yesterday's Sunday paper (Mar. 27) as it's normally in the last week of the month's paper. There wasn't one, so I went on P&G's website and found out they will be in NEXT Sunday's paper, Apr. 3. Not sure why the change to first Sunday of the month.

It is very bad to see all the greed going on (people stealing coupon inserts) all around us. This past sunday our papers were minus the p&g inserts. I decided to take a chance and bought 2 papers from machines. Well, you guessed it no inserts. So I have a couple of friends working at grocery stores that let me go through the stock and again 40 to 50 papers without p & g inserts. Decided to look online and low and behold auctions all over with anywhere from 10 to 30 coupons for the fusion razor. So it looks as if the carriers or whoever stuffs the papers are making them a little stash. Called the papers and was going to cancel but they ran us out 4 papers that we paid for. I will stay untill it happens again. So I would say this is a pretty good start as where they are going.

WOW, I was going to try this coupon thing after watching some show where this woman saved and saved. But then I remember she said that she devoted 60-70 hrs. to finding coupons. I get it now it is all the surveys that you must complete just save on tissue that you need from tears for frustation. Thanks everyone.

The reason for the 'no coupons in this weekend's paper' is because it's a holiday weekend. The papers never have coupons on a holiday weekend. I know,...like we don't need to save money on a holiday weekend, but that's the way it's always been.

I have worked for the newspaper for over 17 yrs. and I would like to tell the lady above that sometimes the papers do not have coupons. Some will but some wont on some weeks. Most holidays have none. Do not blame the poor carriers. For one, they would never have time to remove them all before delivery cutoff and they would be risking their job. One thing about most newspaper carriers I have noticed is they are good hard working people. More so than most people. People complain about the economy, losing homes, etc. but most people are too lazy and will not even last 2 days doing a paper route. It is the tough hard workers that do paper routes. I have seen too much of this. ANother thing,There is a lot of false info out there about people going around and taking the coupons out of the paper and then putting it back into the paper in the maching. Trust me, I have not once seen this happen. For one, that takes too much time for a thief, they would much more easily steal a second or more paper. They are not going to stand there and go through a paper while holding the door open and holding the paper they did buy at the same time. That is just ridiculous and I know from first hand experience that does not happen. When someone goes to a machine and gets a paper without coupons they assume someone stole the coupons in that manner, but really there were no coupons to start with. Sometimes, newspapers run out of coupons and like I said before, some will have them and some won't and it happens more than you may think. Also, carriers do not stuff the coupons into the inserts, they come inserted by machine, so either they are there or they are not and there is no way a carrier can take out 400 coupon booklets out of papers and do their route in a few hours. I hate to say this, but the real problem with theivery at the moment is the extreme couponer not the carrier. Please, going around machine to machine which people do, cops even, stealing many, many papers. You are killing the poor carriers. I know many a couponer is good, but really, an extreme couponer has many of the same coupons and where do they get them? Even if they do buy them from ebay etc. they must know they are stolen. I just wish the stores would allow a 2 same coupon limit or something. I never thought I would say that as I myself have several children and used to coupon, and needed to use more than two, but with the ways things are now and hundreds of dollars of stolen papers every week out of poor hard working peoples pockets that they do not get credit for, I have since changed my mind.

If you check on sites where they help match up weekly sales, and stack the coupons, you can usually get the PG items for FREE or anywhere from $1.00 to 2.00. You just have to be selective and decide what you think is really a good deal or wait for another sale. If you truly are set on PG brands, you should be happy saving a few bucks on those items. I am. I love Tide, but I have decided to switch to another name brand because I can usually get it Free or $1.50 a bottle. I have found that I have to get three papers to find all the coupons that I want every week because the local paper doesn't have them. So I even get papers from Denver, and Colorado Springs. I know how hard paper carriers work so blaming them is ridiculous. The only time you will not find coupons in the papers is on holidays.

I am so mad right now it seems that allot of the newspapers that are being put into the machines will no longer have any Coupon Inserts in them. I bought 4 and no inserts. Contacted the newspaper office and they emailed and said bring my papers to them and they would give me papers with inserts. Well, I was so mad that I had already threw away the papers... So they informed me that a lot of the newspapers are no longer having any coupons when put into the machines. So, always buy your papers from a wal-mart, or a quick stop convenience store to get the inserts.... Thanks

Disgusted in Oklahoma with living on SS and no money to get any more.... Talk about upset.

Problem with printable coupons is counterfeiting. There are numerous coupons claiming to be from P&G, offering "free" huge bottles of laundry detergent, etc. The store loses money because they cannot submit to P&G for reimbursement. So, P&G (in order to protect themselves and stores from basically thieves) has decided to NOT produce coupons online or email. There are NO authentic P&G coupons which you can print from your computer because of the actions of others.

Ok Why they ask for your answers is because they want to know about the customers who are buying the products that PG sells so they can create and merchandise correctly...not to irritate you...if you are thier irritated go to the dollar store and get your off brand merchandise there...my goodness a lot of complaining by adults...if you don't like the situation find a solution and move on.
