I recently heard from a friend that her mom had bought a Betty Crocker pancake mix last February of this year (2007) from her local Food 4 Less, and she found a piece of skin in the package. General Mills who manufactures this product has offered money in the hundreds to keep my friend's mom from blabbing this out to the FDA. So be forewarn when you buy these Betty Crocker products now!!

I tried to use these coupons tonite at my local grocery store & they would not accept them-----I was SO embarassed cuz I had to put some items back as I was counting on the coupon savings. Cust. serv. said they were no longer accepting internet coupons as they were having problems getting their money for the coupons from the manufacturers. I'll try them at Meijers. Also, thanks for the post about contacting Betty Crocker to have them mail out coupons to replace. :)

I cannot get them to print, even though they are new coupons today.
I have the coupon printer software loaded, but nothing prints.
This is the last day of the sale on some items. I cannot use them late, because they would not be cost effective when the items are not on sale.
Oh and for the one complaining about the skin in the mix....... if you were stating the truth, why not state your name?
I do not believe it, perhaps it is a competitor coming here bad mouthing BC.
And like usual it is a friends of something never the first person, and knowing the penchant for law suits, hundreds of dollars would not keep most people quiet, more like hundreds of thousands.
One time I found a piece of plastic in my iced tea. I calmly took it to the manager and let them know what came out of thier machine, and just left the matter their.
I was thanked by several employees of that place, because I did not make a big loud deal and I just let them know, not threatened any law suits.
As long as that manager was working there, I was a special costumer after that, and I never took more advantage of that, than getting a freebie, iced tea.
That is what most people do, many of them know manufacturers are actually run by humans, and they understand humans make mistakes. Even finding skin in a pack of mix.
Which, like I said, I highly doubt.
While I don't use pancake mix, I just may buy some for my sis, who is going camping this weekend and can use it.

I agree wholeheartedly with the no doubling concern. When I contacted BC to suggest that the mfgr remove the restriction, BC replied that it was the retailer's fault (???). At a minimum, the mfgr should clearly state on these coupon sites that coupons running less than a dollar can't be doubled - would save ink.

if your having trouble printing....this may help, when you press print and it doesnt work, try clicking on the yellowish tool bar, just under where you put in the url, that is the active x control, it wont say anything just go ahead and print again. it should pop up, it may ask you if you want to just allow this pop up or all, your choice! hope this helps!

I am having trouble even getting the coupons page to load on my computer. I even tried using a different browser. I can go on bettycrocker.com and view everything fine but when I click coupons the page goes white and status shows loading. I've tried clicking the link in their emails to me of their newsletters and still no luck..

New here, from grandmabonka@msn.com
Meijer honors interent coupons, but if coupon saids
dont double or triple, cashiers know to ring them at face value, systems at there uscans wont take them either, so dont waste paper. Lets say you print the coupon you want for 2 or more of the same thing and the upc code is the same, you will only be able to ue one.

" i printed these coupons and the store wouldnt except them Super One I then went to Target and Cub and they took them no problem. I will not be shopping at Super One for the rudness that I recieved from the clerk and the manager for accussing me of copying the coupons
"
Report them to the company that own the coupons, then they will not have a choice but to accept it..

I disagree with a lot of these comments. These coupons, in my opinion, saved me a lot of money. I do not think that these coupons are a waste of ink. They are only a waste of ink if they say something like "25% off" and the total has only come to less then $10.00. But like they say, every pennies count! Thank you so much "Mommy$aveBig!" In this economy right now, my family and I are just struggling to pay the rent. So theses coupons can save you a ton of money. I was grocery shopping yesterday, and I buy food once a month. Usually I spend about $500.00 a month, but when I printed these coupons, I saved over $45.00! I was so happy! Now, because I saved that much, we are not behind in paying our rent!!!

I wasn't able to print my coupon, :( then, after reading the troubleshooting area, figured out that my old printer was still set as my default printer, but you cannot correct that and change the print que to print in another printer, so I just did not get to print as the site said I had reached my quota. Too bad they just don't let us download the coupon... So, because I was too stupid to understand my printer set-up, I lost out on the coupon. Wah, wah, but it still irks me, so no more Progresso for my family.

Please, don't get upset with the cashiers for not accepting the coupons. If your printer doesn't print the scan bar correctly they don't technically have to take them at all. The rules for acceptable coupons is on most grocery stores' sites.
PS - I am a cashier, I don't mind coupons one bit. I do mind the people who try to redeem them and are nasty about it. I can't help it if you printed the wrong one. I also can't help it if the coupon won't scan. Getting angry with me won't help you either. We are allowed to turn down any and all coupons that don't meet our guidelines. And, guess what, we're people too!

i tried their coupons at my local grocery store and they accepted them after a brief quarrel with the cashier .
She was being a real xitch ( sorry for the expression ) anyways the manager came out and accepted them .
All grocery stores should accept these betty crocker coupons , its from the manufacturer themselves .
i know its a couple of cents here and there but i have 7 children and 2 pennies here and 5 pennies there adds up at the end of the month ...
thnx
