had the same problem. It said it didn't recognize my printer and to change my settings. I followed their directions, which didn't actually change any settings on my printer, and it said that I had already printed my limit without actually printing anything.

n the address bar, after the ident= take out what is there and enter your email address. It worked for me.

When I first clicked for my coupons it also said I had gotten them..... BUT I came back and used the second link and registered and was able to print out TWO set of the coupons I wanted. Thanks... great savings :)

Had a heck of a time, then read this ad somewhere else and it worked! Copy and paste the entire link (below), skip intro and when a box pops up towards the left of screen look for the circle on it that says special offers and click on that

The instructions on the 17th post with the long URL address work. Even better, after you select your coupons and print, if you hit the back button on your browser just once, it restarts the printing job. You can do this over and over to print as many times as you want!

I was unable to print at first as well, however as several other people mentioned, if you use the second link and register (I used an OLD email that isn't valid anymore) you can print as many copies as you like!

All you have to do is email them and most of the time they will mail it to you.

I have never printed one of these coupons in my life but it would not let me print my first one. It said I was over my limit, so guess my limit is 0. Guess they aren't interested in seller their products.

I follwed the instructions and had the same trouble. Then, after I did get to register it said "Thank you for printing our coupon. You may close the window" and nothing printed. Arm & Hammer needs to fix this site.

It just worked for me after activated their coupon printer!

I've had no problem printing any of the A&H coupons. Make sure your computer is set for coupons along with printer.

No problems - www.armandhammer.com - clicked on get coupons, entered name and email, did not select email offers, and all printed w/o issue.

Ive printed and reprinted these coupons with absolutely no problem but IF you have a problem I suggest a reboot after doing disc cleanup/adaware etc. Then reboot and try with a new fresh computer. You should have no issues.

Worked just fine for me- I was able to print 6 coupons.

Tried to print my coupons, and said that Java was not installed. I JUST insatlled a NEW Java yesterday. Went through all the things that they said to activate it, and everything says that it is on and activated. IDK what is going on with the site, but really annoying me. NOT a good thing for Arm & Hammer!!

I get the impression that Arm and Hammer does not wish me print the coupons. I would request that this company forward a coupon or coupons to those of us who have encounted this printing problem. I wonder if they even have anybody concerned about this infraction.

I WENT THROUGH MYPOINTS.COM AND PRINTED THE SMARTSOURCE COUPONS THROUGH THERE, THEN WENT TO SMARTSOURCE.COM AND GOT THAT TO PRINT..I DON'T THINK IT'S ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO READ, THERE IS A PROBLEM THROUGH THE SITE AND IT DOES IRRITATE A LOT OF PEOPLE. How very frustrating to spend a half hour trying to get coupons to print, and all that would print were pictures of the detergent. Then I got a message that I had reached my limit.

I printed the coupon fine. Expiration date for toothpaste and detergent is 11/15/09, vacuum bag good til 1/14/10. Good Luck, fellow bargain hunters!

Mena , I also tried to print the 2-1 fabric softner sheets and it wouldn't let me , it said that I already had printed it once but I hadn't . So to the critics out there that comment maybe we should learn how to use a computer , thats not the case here. But I did call the company and they sent me some coupons in the mail and were very nice about it...

if you get a message saying that your java is disabled, maybe you should check if you printer is
1.- power on!
2.- connected properly to your computer!

I had the same problem about it telling me I reached my limit. limit = 0 printed. When I contacted smartsource for assistance they were less than helpful. When I suggested it was a problem at their site, they informed me that I didn't have their printer and should down load it. (Funny, I don't have any problems printing from their web site just arm & hammer's). Someone at arm & hammer or smartsource needs to learn how to use their computer.

I went to the site 3 times, finally the third time the coupons printed.

PRINTED JUST FINE. But it shot out 3 blank pages first before printing out 1 coupon. I did eventually have them all printed though!!!!!

It worked for me on 6/5/10. A couple reasons it may not be printing that I can think of:

make sure your printer is on
You have to have a special coupon printer and have it running
You have too many coupons ticked to be printed or you've printed to many coupons

Arm & hammer's site doesn't allow printing for me, it's messed up and won't work. Is there anywhere else that has coupons that actually works?

8/15/10-- Wow.. All i can think while reading the majority of comments is that once upon a time Axl had a hard time taking his own advice too, All we need is just a little patience...

While it does seem to take a little longer than necessary, the coupons finally printed. I was almost a ranter, but lo and behold, I have all of my check marked choices in my hand and ready to go shopping.

Be sure to check "run" and "yes" when the Java pop up appears. If you check "NO" you should not expect coupons.

It will not be an Arm&Hammer issue it will be a PEBCAK issue. And yes, that falls into the ID,10T category.. Which is at least 77.2387% of all reported computer glitches and errors anyway... ;^)

These printed out just fine for me, but not by clicking the link here. I had to go to www.armandhammer.com, clicked on Savings Center and it brought me to the coupons. From there, I input my name & email address & was able to print the 2 coupons on needed without a problem! It was slow, but they DID print! Yay for savings!!

i also have the same problem i am not able to print coupon and it says that i have reached my limted.

I had no problem what so ever printing my cat litter coupon. Was told I needed to install Java, which I did, then I went back into the coupons section, and printed my coupon out. Thanks for advise about putting in a fake email address to get more coupons also.

I printed coupons no problem. Instead of a fake e-mail address, set up an e-mail account just for your couponing, that way your regular e-mail won't be filled up with your coupon stuff.

At first I wasn't able to print. Then I used the "email to a friend" link, and emailed the coupons to myself. A different browser popped up and I was able to print.

I didnt have a single issue, was VERY easy. Not sure what some of you are doing wrong.

If you are in Georgia the Publix has a by 1 arm and hammer toothpaste regularly 2.99 and get one free. I did that and used my 2 1.50 coupons a great buy.

Trust me mine wont print either. It isnt out printers. We all know how to print. Problem is Arm and Hammer keeps emailing us who have signed up for their email updates but wont allow you to print there coupons more than twice no matter how many times you recieve a new email. FIX THAT PLEASE....sucks.
