I have always loved K.F.C. chicken! I have no problem with the price, coupon or not. I think that your company's problem is to address the staffing issues in so far as cooking the meal for we customers. Too bad that like any chain resturant, the stuff is not always cooked good and not always fresh. I know that the K.F.C. in North Lauderdale Florida at Mc'nab road and Rock island road,Broward county " The food and service suck". Please try harder to hire qualified people, thanks

UnThinkKFC is a very appropriate name for this promotion in SFValley of LALA land. Their print coupon program would not recognize my printer. A friend who reminds me that there is no such thing as a free lunch printed for me, but they came out in black and white, The manager accused me of bring a photocopy (guess he didn't know that they now have COLOR copiers). He said to call their 800 number. It has had busy circuits all day and you can only print tonite, May 6th, so by the time the phones are answered, it will be too late. I went to another location at 1PM to find a sign, like in Manhattan, say, "No more free chicken today, try tomorrow"! Guess it's more a a free brunch! I spent more on gas in my 1967 muscle car than the chicken costs! If this was to outdue El Pollo loco giving 2 pieces of chicken last week. Pollo wins--they did not require a coupon, did not run out and were very nice.

I got my coupon from someone not KFC but sure enough I got a meal and the lady gave me a free drink hows that for advertisement yeah I am going to another one acoss town with another coupon to cool I also gave two others to friends of mine. Haven't heard if they used their yet but I did enjoy my meal and didn't wait online just found it through the coupon people you'll are awesome!
