I just used your 15% coupon and it worked. Then I used my receipt to fill out a survey and received the same bar code number that you posted for your survey. So looks like this is a template for there survey. Save Save.... Spend Spend. I really needed that thanks, 3 kids and christmas is rough......

I also had a problem with the barcode not showing up. I then downloaded an update for my Adobe Reader and the barcode showed up after that. So if anyone else has a problem with the barcode I would try doing that.

WOW!!! i printed the $10 coupons and they work great!!! i gave one to my neighbor and one to my mom. We went today and i used one on the buy one get one for 88 cent and i shoulda paid 38 but only had to pay 28. The 10.00 coupon will not be accepted at any JC Penney store, because it is a reproduction. Read the fine print it said "reproductions will not be honored".

The JCP I shop at rips them up in front of the customer! I ahve seen this done.

Also the do not accept the 15% off coupon unless it has a barcode.

Because again this is a reproduction, According to my JCP the 15% coupon if forwarded or copied will show without the bar code.

If you shop at JCP take the survey, don't do things like this because eventually they will stop these coupons!

I used the $10 coupon at 3 different JcPenny's a couple of times each. Not one time did it get ripped up or questioned. They ALL also let me use the 15% off WITH the $10 off. JCPenny's won't stop coupons because this how they keep their business.

Let me make something very clear to you...JC Penney [I have been employed there for years] is contemplating their coupons and considering doing away with the 15% off coupon because it is abused - not just online, but also by people who take it and just make tons of copies. Also, we do call up other registers and let them know what's going on. If you are reproducing coupons and doing that, yes, you are saving money but you are put on a "watch list" by several associates and loss prevention. That's a big deal. It's not the same at every JC Penney location, but it seems like most of you are definitely abusing it. And to the person who said they won't stop doing it because of business, you are so VERY wrong! They're already considering it and because their prices are so low and there is a VERY large customer loyalty base, I don't think they'll mind losing customers like you who only spend less than $1 there. Really, do you people think about all when you make ignorant statements? We've got plenty of customers who we are loyal to and I doubt the company is scared to lose a few cheapskates that actually HURT profit.

Also, as mentioned earlier, you'll get a different experience at each store. Some stores are very lax, but at my store, we do rip up coupons in front of the customer. The coupons USUALLY - not ALWAYS - say "must be surrendered" and I make that very clear. Some stores DO accept reproductions, but I know mine sure doesn't. If the coupon clearly states something, it is allowed (by law) to be held to all of that criteria. Also, when people abuse coupons like this, it drives down profits which in turn does hurt the company you "love" shopping at. If you want JC Penney to stay in business, don't be a tightwad and try to spend money when you obviously shouldn't be.

look.. lady i hope u get paid enough to be so proud of working at jcp and saying these things to people who are trying to save some $$$$,(specially in these tough times) and i think a few dollars saved here and there are not going to hurt jcp, or are you paying for the money saved out of your pocket??

If we're going to share our coupons, then let's take our own survey when we get home. And, let's give the associates a grade of "highly satisfied". They work hard and management rewards them for good surveys.

I just used my 15% coupon for shopping at JCP. I filled out the survey and printed my coupon. Upon shopping with my coupon the sales clerk gave me another receipt and told me to fill out survey to received 15% coupon. The computer tells me that I can only do one survey per month. I feel that I was deceived! I was not told this! As long as I shop I should be able to get my discount anytime. I'm done with JCP surveys!

You are right, rate them highly satisfied. Also, put in the name of the cashier and the sales people who help you. They get brownie points. Sign up for the reward progam and they will email you $10 coupons monthly if you accumulate enough points. Watch for tems tha give you double and triple points, too.

Here's a kicker...I actually HAVE a receipt with a valid code on it that I received from a valid shopping trip at JCP last night (spent over $300.00 BTW!!), BUT I can't get my 15% off coupon because I keep getting an error message after I type in the access code!! I mean, think of how many times this probably happens to people. So if I go and copy a coupon off of this website, I don't feel like I'm cheating JCP - I'm just trying to get the 15% I am already entitled to!

On 02/20/2010 they refused to take my coupon for a $10 discount on purchases of $25 or more, even after I spoke with their manager. She told me that the coupon was not original. I argued with her for 10 minutes and explained that coupon was printed directly from their web site, but it didn't help...

FWIW: the $10 off of $25 February offer is bogus. JCP Stores will not accept it, and might involve Loss Prevention if you push your luck (which is what happened to me -- VERY EMBARRASSING!)

You can also sign up for coupons to be sent to your cell phone via text on the jc penney website. I got a 10 off of 25 coupon and it is the same code as the one on here. I work for penneys and know how important the survey is. please rank highly satisfied, unless something truely bad happened while you were in the store. The survey is just as important as sales goals for us. Most jcp stores need all the help they can get in these hard times. I just did one of their online surveys for 15% off - it says "CANNOT combine" with other discounts. This is a change in policy and it sucks! I used to always combine the survey with another coupon to get the best savings. I will probably cut back on my shopping there.

For the first time in a long time there is no JC Penney 15% off Survey Coupon. The Survey coupon applies on top of all other coupons. Great deal. I have not been within 150 miles of a JC Penney for several months, and I always send Anna a new coupon. Come on fellow shoppers, April is coming and I need the first coupon, and then I can send after that. The most recent post expired on March 19. The new one looks like it, but is not the same at all.

Just wanted let everyone know that I shopped at JCP 3/24/11 with the 15% coupon from here and it showed "already used." The sales lady was kind and did an override to put it in for me. But she did give me the updated policy that JCP will no longer allow anyone to use the percent off with their dollars off coupons, so sad. This was in Nashville, TN (Rivergate Mall.)

Those 15% off coupons now have a "kill bar code" on them, so they are only usuable on one day. You HAVE to take the survey now to get them. Printed off Sunday night from this sight and on Monday was not able to use it because the bar code said it had been used already. Definitely do not like their new policy. They will lose alot of business this way. The only way I get around it, is to go to different cash registers in the store, especially with the $10 off $25 coupons.

just thought i would let people know the survey coupon is smart bar coded u can only use it for a 24hr period u can use at multiple stores, online even but only for that 24-hr period. after that it won't work no matter how many of the coupons u have. the register will actually tell the cashier that it can't be used again.

Hello this x-mas JCP is getting strict and they will be checking the coupon if its fake or real so be careful cause there’s a new law they pass and will keep our information on record, also be nice to the employees if you are having a bad day don’t get mad at them they are just doing their job, put yourself in their shoes. To all those people that leave a freaking mess in the store that’s how you might have our house JCP is not a cheap store so please keep it nice and clean while doing this it will be easier for you to shop, and for the employees to be nicer to you. On 02121/2012 they refused to take my coupon for a $10 discount on purchases of $50 or more, even after I spoke with their manager. She told me that the coupon was not original. I argued with her for 10 minutes and explained that coupon was printed directly from their web site, but it didn't help...

The 15% off coupon survey will no longer let you print a copun for the 15% off as of February 1,2012

I made aa purchase of total $42.00 0n 02/07/2012. O havene't used any coupons this months. When I did the survey it did not show me how or where to receive another 15% coupon. I thought a household wa elegible one per month. Maybe this is not true now with the new changes. I would justlike to know what the deal is so I don't waste my time for nothing.

jc penney says it does NOT issue any coupons anymore. it does not give you a coupon for registering your mobile phone. we tried with two of our phones. it just takes you to a jcpenney site to get text messages. no coupon

There was a commercial on tv stated that jc penney is no longer accepting or sending coupons.

I haven't shopped at JC Penney's since they stopped sending coupons. In this time of jobs being lost, gas prices soaring, etc., JC Penney stops sending coupons to help the shopper??!! Dumb move. I know they advertise that they lowered prices so that you don't need coupons, but my husband and I both have good, decent jobs, and raising 3 kids, we still need the coupons!!

After they stopped sending coupons, some of their stuff are even more expensive than before. The cashier told me their lower down their prices for at least 30-50 percentso they management stopped sending coupons. Crazy.

Well this is exactly why they stopped offering coupons...too many people abusing them and the company must have been losing too much money. As a former employee, I can tell you that they are a cheap company and will squeeze money out of people however they can. However, the new lower prices are actually pretty good. Most of the prices were permanently marked down 40-60%
